MOVEMENT and MOTION

Figuring out how things work excites children as they learn about the world around them, from their own bodies, to wheels on vehicles, mechanical toys and musical instruments.

In addition to the museum objects shown below, each case also comes with a customized curriculum and a set of materials intended to expand the educational experience.

In this video, we will explore the case theme Movement and Motion, look into one of the cases, and show how to handle a selection of the collection objects. For a view of all case contents, please scroll down.
